At Letters from Poppy, we take great care in creating meaningful and high-quality products. However, we understand that issues can arise, so please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised Items
All personalised letters and greeting cards with custom messages are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to order. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
Non-Personalised Items
If you wish to return a non-personalised letter or greeting card, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via our Contact Form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or store credit—we do not provide refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes: You may request changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase.
- Cancellations: We consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
