Grief is one of the hardest things we all have to deal with.
Grief for the loss of loved ones, our pets, our childhoods, the friendships that came and went, the lost relationships, and the lives we thought we would have and didn’t.
We all go through it and yet we are all so scared of it.
Grief is not linear, it goes in swirls and twists back and forward on itself, into tightly wound knots, before gradually loosening its grip.
It is painful and it hurts more than anyone can ever truly express. We get angry, we hurt, we get sad, we smile over the cherished memories and then, we carry on, because we have to.
Grief is hard. It is something that we deal with in our own ways and that is okay.
If you or a loved one is struggling with grief right, a letter is here to help. It won’t cure the grief, but it might bring comfort. Find the Letter for Grief here.
