Poppy’s Slow Mail Club

A Monthly Pause, Just For You

Every month, a letter arrives on your door mat, written by Poppy herself and filled with kindness and positivity to help bring a small moment of calm to your day. Some letters come with a little extra tucked inside, and some are mini notes to keep close in your pocket; choose the one that feels right for exactly where you are right now.

Choosing a subscription isn’t about committing to a “programme” or a “plan.”

It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, notice the little things, and feel a little less alone.

Pick the way you’d like to receive Poppy’s letters; and let the rest unfold gently, one envelope at a time.

What exactly will I receive each month?

No matter which plan you choose, you will receive a letter, delivered to your door every month. If you choose the Pocket Poppy package, the letter you receive will be a mini version of the full-size letter that features in both other packages. The Letters, Simply and Pocket Poppy will include only a letter. The Little Things package includes a letter and some little extras which could be stickers, postcards or something I find on my travels.

Will the letter be handwritten?

Yes and no. The letter will be handwritten initially, however it will be photocopied to help my sanity 🙂

Will letters be personalised?

No. Everyone who joins Poppy’s Slow Mail Club will receive the exact same letter and will not be addressed directly to you. This might be something we introduce in the future, if there is enough interest.

Can I reply to letters?

Absolutely. I’d love to receive a letter from you. Please be aware that I cannot guarantee a reply to any letters sent to me, however I will try to as much as I can.

Will there be any extras with the letter?

No. You will only receive a letter unless you purchase the Little Things package. The Little Things package could include anything from drawings, random scribblings, stickers, postcards etc.

Can I have a sneak peek before signing up?

No. The magic of the Slow Mail Club is the element of not knowing what you are going to receive, so I don’t offer any sneak peeks.

How long will the letter take to read?

I aim to make letters a minimum of one full-side of A4 paper, but some months it may be as long as two sides. The speed this takes to read will depend on your natural speed, however, I think that’s long enough to create a good pause in your day.
