Ordering & Receiving Letters
How do I order a letter?
Ordering a letter from Poppy is really easy. Simply head over to the Shop, choose the letter you’d like, and follow the checkout instructions. We have ready-made letters for various emotions and life events, as well as bespoke ones that can be tailored to your needs or requirements.
Every letter is prepared with thought, as if it were written for someone very special – because it is.
How long does it take for a letter to arrive?
Ready-made letters usually take 3-7 working days.
Bespoke letters can take 2-4 weeks, depending on demand.
A letter is worth the wait – even a few extra days can make the moment it arrives feel so much nicer.
Can I send a letter to someone else?
Of course. It’s really easy, because you can enter any address for delivery at checkout. Just make sure you put your own address for the billing address.
Letters from Poppy are perfect for surprising someone, sending comfort, or simply letting them know you care.
Can I request a custom letter?
Absolutely. Poppy is able to write bespoke letters on almost any topic, for either yourself or to send to a loved one.
To purchase a custom letter, select the Bespoke Letter in the Shop, and follow the checkout instructions. Once I have received your order, I will email you a form to complete with all the information I need to write your letter.
Once I have your form, I will work on your letter and it will be with you within 4 weeks. Please Note: The timeline begins upon receipt of your form, not when the letter was purchased.

For those who want letters delivered directly, regularly, and gently: the Slow Mail Club is a quiet, optional corner where letters arrive once a month, full of encouragement, comfort, and small joys.
